Fitness Boot Camps

 GTP offers 1 hour boot camp style training for all ages.

Campers go through a extensive warm up that promotes flexibility and functional mobility.  Depending on the day we either attack the lower body or upper body with simple and safe movements.

 We end each workout with AB exercises to promote core strength.

All sessions are just $5.

Free protein shake provided at the end of the workout.
